Changes to our distributor policy;

 

What’s changing

• New effective date: December 1, 2025 

• Last day for current pricing: November 30, 2025 (orders received by 11:00 a.m. CT)

• Website pricing: Will reflect the new prices on December 1, 2025

 

Label & retail pricing policy update (effective Dec 1, 2025)

• Our labels will no longer display retail prices—this is already the case for our bread bags and will be extended to our bun bags shortly.

• We will provide a Maximum Suggested Retail Price (Max SRP) schedule for relevant products to prevent overpricing.

• To qualify for returns/credits, accounts must adhere to the Max SRP. If products are sold above this limit, we may no longer accept returns from that store.

• We will no longer accept returns for products sold above the Max SRP (quality and transit-damage returns remain unchanged per our standard policy).

• Items improperly stored/handled;

“Distributors are free to determine their own retail pricing. However, to be eligible for return credits, accounts must adhere to our Maximum Suggested Retail Price (Max SRP) schedule. Products sold above the Max SRP may not be accepted for return.”
